# Erste Schritte

Dieser Leitfaden führt dich von der Installation bis zum ersten erfolgreich erstellten Dokument.

## Voraussetzungen

Du benötigst:

* einen CRM-Standort mit Zugriff auf Marketplace Apps und Workflows
* ein Lexware-Office-Konto mit aktivierter Public API
* einen gültigen Lexware-API-Schlüssel
* mindestens einen Testkontakt mit vollständigem Namen oder Firmennamen
* für Zahlungstests eine erfolgreiche Testtransaktion mit Bestellung

## Empfohlene Reihenfolge

1. App im gewünschten CRM-Standort installieren.
2. App-Seite **Lexware Office** öffnen.
3. Lexware-API-Schlüssel sicher hinterlegen.
4. Status **Verbunden** prüfen.
5. Testkontakt öffnen und E-Mail, Anschrift und Kundentyp kontrollieren.
6. Neuen Workflow erstellen.
7. Trigger wählen.
8. Lexware-Action hinzufügen und Felder zuordnen.
9. Direkt danach eine interne Benachrichtigung mit Action-Ausgaben hinzufügen.
10. Workflow veröffentlichen und mit einem neuen Ereignis testen.

## Welcher Einstieg passt?

| Ziel                                      | Empfohlener Trigger                  | Action                                |
| ----------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------- |
| Rechnung nach Online-Zahlung              | Zahlung eingegangen                  | Rechnung erstellen                    |
| Angebot nach Formular oder Verkaufschance | passender CRM-Trigger | Angebot erstellen |
| Auftragsbestätigung nach Annahme | Angebotsstatus geändert = angenommen | Auftragsbestätigung erstellen |
| Gutschrift nach Rückerstattung | Rückerstattung erfolgreich | Gutschrift erstellen |
| Nachricht nach Teil- oder Schlusszahlung | Rechnungszahlung empfangen | E-Mail, Aufgabe oder Benachrichtigung |

## Testregel

Verwende für jeden Test ein **neues Ereignis**. Ein bereits verarbeiteter Refund, eine alte Transaktion oder dieselbe Dokumentreferenz wird aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erneut als neue Mutation behandelt.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://one-loop.gitbook.io/help/marketplace-apps/lexware-office/erste-schritte.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
